HIPPY stands for “Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters” and is designed to help children to be prepared for kindergarten and beyond.  

HIPPY is a FREE home visiting program serving children aged 2-5 for qualifying families.

HIPPY supports the role of parents in the education of their child by providing all needed training and resources to become their child’s first and best teacher.

HIPPY is a research based and efficient way to bring families and resources together to ensure that children grow up healthy and ready to learn upon kindergarten entry.

The SEARK HIPPY program serves families in the following school districts in our education service cooperative area:

Crossett ~ DeWitt ~ Drew Central ~ Dumas ~ Hamburg ~ Hermitage ~ Lakeside ~ McGehee ~ Monticello ~ Warren
